When a family separates most people hope to reach an agreement with the other parent about what is best for their child. When that is not possible, and the Court becomes involved, you will want to make sure that your case is presented clearly and robustly so that the Court can come to the right decision about your child's best interests.

I regularly represent clients in the full range of children cases. I have acted to defend parents from serious allegations such as physical or sexual abuse. I also act in cases where a child needs to be protected from a parent who is a risk to them. I have experience of cases where one parent wishes to move abroad with the child; in my most recent relocation case I was able to achieve the result my client wanted even though the CAFCASS officer recommended a different outcome.
